I'm really thankful I found United American Moving and Storage! Their crew made my move go smoothly and successfully. My coordinator “Danny Boy” was the man! When I asked for a quote, they responded quickly and kept in touch via email. My building needed some paperwork (COI), and they got it to me in just 2-3 business days after I asked. On moving day, they were super punctual - actually arrived 10 minutes early! They got right to work, and I appreciated them asking if we wanted them to wear masks even though they were vaccinated. They were also really flexible when I forgot to list some big items, and they managed to fit them into their van. In just an hour, they loaded up all my stuff, drove safely to my new place, and in another hour, they finished unpacking. They even asked where I wanted the boxes placed. The team was fantastic! It was a great move.

They were completely hassle-free throughout the entire process. While not everyone on the team spoke English, aside from the team leader who had good English skills, there was one guy who spoke English exceptionally well and stood out. We encountered heavy traffic on our way to the new house that Friday afternoon, causing them to wait outside for nearly an hour.
