Terrible! They were THREE hours late. I had to keep calling them to ask for an estimated time of arrival. Extremely poor communication on their part. They kept some of my furniture pieces. When I called the owner to see if they had them, he said he would check the truck and call me back. He never returned my call. I even gave the guys a tip. Way to go guys! Thanks for making an already stressful event even more stressful.
Everything went well...efficient, clear website etc. Very convenient service for far-off purchases. Thumbs up from me. No hesitation in using again if necessary.
