The moving crew did a great job overall and everyone was extremely helpful and polite. They also did a great job wrapping our furniture and load/unload smoothly to the truck. They let us know when they dinged one of our walls on the stairwell, and that is to be expected moving large furniture in a tight space.The issue that needs improvement is the way that the inventory is done. Even though we gave specific measurements, that information was not relayed correctly to the moving crew and so we had a lot more cubic feet than expected and were charged for that at the end, which was much higher than the quoted estimate. If we need to move again, we would not hesitate to hire them and his crew again.
This is a great little hidden gem of a company! Lawrence and Baylor were spectacular on multiple levels! They were promt, pleasant and such gentlemen. They went above and beyond in every aspect. My new go-to company for any and all moving services! 100% recommend!!
