Well, to start they lied about everything. From pricing, day of pick up, location of our HomeGoods, as well as the delivery date and the need for a extra truck because they weren’t able to pull their semi in according to the driver. However, we had a semi in our driveway that day. That was an extra 2000. However, our largest complaint was when the night after we got all of our stuff I received a text message from a random number from the area code that we live in. It was one of the movers and he proceeded to tell us, and I can prove with text which I already tried to post, but the company got them removed. He said that he rubbed his ball sack on our daughter’s crib and bed along with our bed. They also stole multiple items. Damaged pretty much everything they touched. Do not ever work with this company. They will absolutely ruin your whole entire life.

My parents chose Azimuth to move from Colorado to Missouri. They were originally told they would be paying $20,000 for the full services; then my mother was surprised when Azimuth came and conducted a "second estimate," which charged an extra $10,000 for items of furniture my mother had failed to mention, but this was within a week of the packing up date, so my parents bit the bullet. Packing up went fine and my parents headed for Missouri. They waited a week and called Azimuth, who couldn't provide a delivery date, because "summer is the busiest time of the year" and "they didn't have access to a semi-truck." My parents stayed at an AirBNB, then an extended stay hotel, then finally rented furniture and moved into their house. In the mean time my parents and I were calling every day asking for details on delivery. The reason I'm giving Azimuth two stars instead of one is due to their customer service rep, Anthony, talked to us every day. Unfortunately, he clearly didn't have much access to company information and all he could really say was "We will call with confirmation once we have it." After several false dates two weeks after the furniture was expected, the final date was settled - a full three weeks after my parents had received the keys to their home. The delivery was all right, although several lamps and pictures were damaged once unwrapped. The delivery men were amiable and worked hard. They arrived at nine but left very very suddenly at four, almost from one moment to the next. My mother pointed at a vase she wanted unwrapped and somehow the driver misunderstood her and loaded it back on his truck. That vase was antique and cannot be replaced. They also refused to assemble a large wardrobe, even though in Colorado my mother was assured that everything that was dissembled would be reassembled by Azimuth. The driver handed my bewildered mother $200 to "pay a handyman to do it." In short, Azimuth is quick to get your money and make promises on the front end, but may fail to follow through. Regardless of broken promises (and furniture), they will collect 100% of the money they charge. My parents had to pay 75% before delivery and the final 25% before the truck could be unloaded. If you choose Azimuth, be ready to be very flexible with your delivery dates, watch out for that "second estimate" the company will conduct, monitor them really carefully when they wrap up your things, and take some blood pressure medication before you call their customer service.

I hired Azimuth Group Van Lines through Safe Ship for my move and it ended up being the worst moving experience I ever had. first, the driver arrived late. The arrival window was 11-3 but he arrived at 3:30 pm. He looked at my stuff and said that I had to pay $600 extra because the estimate was for 550 cu ft but he was sure that it would take 700 cu ft just by looking at the stuff. He also charged me $150 because the walking distance to his truck was "too long". They took almost 3 hours to load a 1 bedroom apartment, 25 boxes, 1 king bed and mattress, coffee table, sectional couch and some other small pieces. They had also charged me $150 for a TV box and $40 for a mirror box. At the destination I noticed that the TV and mirror were not in boxes but just wrapped in pads and pieces of card board and when I unwrapped them they were both broken. A claim form was emailed to me and when I sent the completed form back they said it will take 5-40 business days to complete. Meaning potentially it can take up to 2 months to process a straight forward claim. Overall I DO NOT recommend Azimuth Group Van Lines to anyone and I will never hire them again.

Very impressed with their service. They arrived on time, packed everything properly, and delivered everything safely. Great value for the money.
