The owner of Wildcat Movers Dallas, Zane, started his journey in the moving world way back in 2003. He started working in another moving company, where he quickly learned the fundamentals of moving. This lead to the Wildcat Movers Dallas founding on June 28th, 2007, in the summer after Zane’s Sophomore year at Texas A&M University. It all started with an old Bronco and a 16′ trailer. It was enough to help students relocate from their dorms, as well as enough to cater to smaller deliveries for the local furniture stores.
As years passed, the need for a quality moving company with affordable prices became evident in the Bryan College Station community and Wildcat Movers Dallas filled that gap. Later on, in 2016, we closed down our BCS location to focus on the explosive growth that the Dallas Plano North Texas Market experienced. In 2018, we’ve expanded our fleet of trucks to 4.
Fast-forward to the present day, Wildcat Movers Dallas now operates 8 moving trucks and employs over 25 team members. We are steadily growing, day by day. This is a HORRIBLE company. The customer service is pathetic and the "manager" Daniel is unbelievably unprofessional. The movers broke 2 pieces of furniture during the move, and put a 7 inch hole in a wall while moving a couch. The movers, who were very nice, took full responsibility (in writing) for the hole in the wall, and I followed the claims process after the move. It took 30 days and many phone calls for me to get an answer on this very obvious claim. I was quoted $700 by a local service to fix this. I know that is high and didn't expect to be fully compensated for that, but I was told that $50 was the settlement offer. I can't even by the materials to fix it by myself for $50! Daniel was not apologetic, or polite in the least. Being nice to customers would go a long way, even when the offer is awful. Do not use this company. Management is trash.
