Stil waiting for my 500 deposit from July 2021

Don’t use this company! They don’t move your items but contract someone else who charges you 3 X the amount quoted! Vintage Vanlines calls about 3 days ahead and says they’ll be there NEVER once telling me who was taking my belongings. Because Of the horrible situation I had no one else to call! The people they sent were EvergreenRelocation! These people are even worse! I didn’t realize I had to supervise professional packers but that is what I should have done! Do Not Agree for the insurance by weight which they pushed on me! Anything broken is replaced at the weight not the value of the item! My Mother’s Baccarat vase was chip because it was not properly protected with Bubble wrap! The Baccarat vase was just put into a box with many other items! Also my fathers Mikita drill in case never arrived! It took a month of calling EvergreenRelocation to finally get my belongings! Many items were just shattered or did not arrive to my destination! Then I found out it was a 3rd company who finally delivered my belongings and charged me again! Heart breaking experience because my father had just died and this is what I had left from him and these companies, Vintage Vanlines and EvergreenRelocation took total advantage. Don’t use these companies because they will take your money and your belongings and you might not get them back! Go with another real company that has a true reputation to help you move across states. I hope no one else goes through the tears their belongings being broken or not arriving as I did! There were about 20 items shattered and 4 items never arrived! EvergreenRelocation was the company Vintage Vanlines sent so I hold them both responsible for misleading the consumer

This Company is a complete scam! I scheduled an out-of-state move from Massachusetts to Tennessee with them in June 2021. They took a deposit of $1,840.00 on my credit card with that booking. They called me just a few days before they were scheduled to pick up my furniture in late July to tell me that they had to cancel. I was furious as I was scheduled to close on selling my house in a few days. I had to scramble last minute to find another mover. I was told that i would be refunded my deposit. After numerous calls and emails I keep being told that the deposit refund is in the mail. No refund came! This company is a scam! Beware they will take your money and cancel. Do not use them! Find a local reputable company. I am still trying to get my deposit refunded. I will make sure that when i finish with these people everyone knows about them!

The movers failed to show up. I had to move myself in order to get out per landlord timeline. Vintage said they would refund my deposit and have ghosted me every since. Not to be trusted. They’ll take your money and run.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. THEY TOOK OUR DEPOSIT AND CANCELED ON US THE DAY OF OUR MOVE. IT HAS BEEN 3, almost 4 MONTHS OF CALLING AND LEAVING EMAILS TO COLLECT OUR REFUND. WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN NO EXPLANATION. NO ONE WILL ANSWER OUR CALL AND THE GUY THAT BOOKED OUR JOB CANCELED HIS PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL. THE COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT ANSWER. AND NO EMAILS ARE RESPONDED TOO. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY, THIS IS A FRAUD.
