I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before using this company. While the movers worked quickly, several of my belongings were damaged during the move, including my television. One concern was that a mover, approximately 5’5” to 5’7”, attempted to move a 75-inch TV alone, which raised concern given the size and fragility of the item. Communication during the move was also difficult because the movers did not speak English, which made it challenging to provide instructions, especially regarding how to dismount my television. After reporting the damage, I was dissatisfied with how my concerns were handled, as no resolution or compensation was offered for the damaged items, and communication became difficult afterward.
