I would not recommend this company. I was told contradictory information. The cubic feet that was estimated for the move was off by over 500 cubic feet costing me another $4000.00 above the quoted amount. I provided an extensive spreadsheet with dimensions of boxes and totes to be moved. The actual moving company flipped our small freezer upside down on the lid in order to wrap it. They dumped the contents of the dresser in boxes and kept mentioning how their wrapping added to the cubic feet that would be used. They told me a semi truck could not get to my new address and charged me another $500 transfer fee. I have tried for 2 days to contact Titanic about these issues and no one will contact me. This was my first time using a moving company and I will not make this mistake again. This has been a horrifying experience for me and my elderly mother. I was told that I would have regular updates on where my belonging were and I have heard nothing. Titanic hired G & C Moving and I would not recommend them either.

I was impressed with how smoothly everything went. The crew was efficient, respectful, and made the entire moving process easy.
