DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Best state to state movers are Crooks. After speaking with Their employee MARCUS REED He was very respondent and gave us a great quote based on our description(25 ft mini storage unit) We were told we would have a 26 ft box truck to ourselves for the move. After giving our deposit a date was set. the day before movers came we were contacted and told we had 1/2 of a 30 ft and we needed to pony up another 3300.00 that night. We wanted to cancel but convientlly we could not meet the 72 hour cancellation policy and would lose our deposit..We immediately tried call Marcus or anyone at the company via phone text and email with no response...to this day MARCUS REED has not responded(over 10 calls) They make you think they are the movers and promise you everything until they get their deposit ,then they ghost you.THEY ARE A BROKER, not a moving company. They are crooks and their show is meticulisly choreographed to lock you in or lose your deposit(look at all th other reviews) They also double charged our card which no one has tried to correct. They are the worst kind of people CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS

On 11/04/22 I requested a move from Indiana to Arizona for 11/27. I paid $1582 upfront and the rest was going to be paid upon pick up and drop off. My card was charged twice, I contacted the company and was told it was an error on their part, they were working with a new system and the duplicate charge would be dropped - which it never was. Come day of the move no one showed up. I have called, texted, and emailed more times than I can count with no response. Still days later I am unable to get in contact with the company. Total paid 3000$ for a service I never received.

I called for an estimate in march of 2022 they told me whate the deposite would be and assured me that i would be able to contact them when ever for what ever reasons. I made the depiste and notices that they charged me twice one charge instantly cleared the other 6 days later came out. I called them to get my money back they told me that finance will take care of it. One month later I called to set my move date and see what the progress was on the money they owed me. Needless to say I called for 2 weeks and got now replys. I then sent a email to cancle my move and get the money they double charged me back. I received a email stating that the deposit was non refundable and they will send me the other money. I have been talking to the costumer service rep for the past two months they claimed to have sent the check but nothing. Today oct 24 2022 the same costumer service rep told me finance closed my account and if my check has not been sent it will not be. This company will scam and steal from you do not use their sevices. I was hoping I was not going to need a lawyer some people just cannot do the right thing.

We had a horrible experience with this company. I was initially told the move would cost $2600. I paid $900 deposit. Three days before the move, I sent pictures of my furniture and they said my bed frames were bigger than average and asked for an additional payment of $1300 deposit. I was told explicitly that the total move would not exceed $4100. On the day of the move, the actual movers said the $2200 I had already paid was only administrative fees and it would cost me an additional $5000 to move the furniture. We ended up leaving our couch and recliner to bring the price down to $5400 total. This price was to move two queen beds and mattresses and a small table with 2 stools and a couple of boxes. The movers only received $3200 while the company kept $2200 in administrative fees. This was very deceptive. The company completely misrepresented the cost of the move. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. I wish I had done more research and read others reviews before using them.

I highly recommended avoiding this company at all cost. I first talked with Nick Sloan (representative) who did my initial quote. While going over my quote, I was explaining all that we needed to move. He then told me that we was going to give a general quote which would not include all of the items I listed, but assured me that my price would not change when the Quality Assurance rep would call to go over everything I would be moving. Nick also said I had 30 minutes (roughly) to get the contract signed or I would not get locked in at the low price. So I signed. a few days before my family and I needed to move, I received a phone call from David Buckley (quality assurance rep), he immediately had concerns about what I was moving when looking at the quote and seeing only a few items listed, knowing it was a 3 bedroom, kitchen, dinning, and living room that was all being moved. I let him know that Nick told me that David would "fill in the blanks" at "no cost." Which to my surprises, David informed me that was not the case. My only options were to move 1 bedroom, pay triple the amount, or cancel. Sadly, I had no choice but to cancel. However, this all took place 72 hours after the quote was done. therefore, according to their policy, I could not get my $1,300 deposit refunded. I made several phone calls and sent a couple emails, and got no reply. Multiply phone calls were ignored. Finally, on 08/29/22 ( two months later) I got ahold of a rep who said he would escalate the issue and that I would hear back within 48 hours.. well, that never happened. a week later 09/06/22 I called and spoke with Dylan Johnson (customer service manager). He was very rude and was insulting me left and right. He said over and over how he "had the truth" and yet as he would explain the my situation, he would get the details wrong. I let him know that it was unfair that Nick Sloan could provide false information and yet I would be the one getting screwed. Dylan said there was nothing they could do. I then asked (purposely) if their representatives could say whatever they wanted to get the customer to sign, even If what they said was a lie. Dylan's response was, "they can say whatever they want, if you sign the contract, it's on you." He then admitted that the representatives have no accountability and can say whatever they want to get a customer to sign. So, with all of that being said, avoid this company. Also, Dylan informed me that if I wanted to file a complaint against him, it had to be with him. There is no one else to take the complaint. This place is very sketchy. stay away!
