The Siracusa team has now moved my family and our home twice, relocated a hot tub, and moved a purchased chicken coop to our property. We used Siracusa Moving a few months ago and they were great! They came out and did an in-home visual estimate and went over everything from start to finish. Their pricing was broken down and it was easy to understand. They promptly responded to my questions via phone calls and emails. On the day pickup, they arrived within the window I was originally told. They did not complain once about additional items in the garage and the 3 flights of stairs. There was a lot of snow on the ground and the movers had no issues getting everything done. They used protection for my flooring and walls to ensure nothing was scratched in either location. The final price was actually UNDER what I was originally quoted! I hope we do not move for a very long time, but if we do, I will be calling these guys!

The people that came to move us got there on time. Everything went great at the time of pick up. The delivery did take quite longer than expected. They did keep us informed throughout the process. We did not have furniture for almost 3 weeks. We were offered a refund due to the inconveniences, which we do appreciate and did take into consideration before writing this. Everything else went well. We would recommend since they were able to come to an agreement to help us out since we had to wait.
