It took a very long time to go through the booking process. I did receive a lot of good information about how to research companies, very informative. I have moved many times in the past. This moving process was not the best or the worst. The movers were on time but not very professional at times. The delivery took a little longer than expected. I would recommend for personal moves that could endure some longer wait times.
