I would not use them again. The broke a number of things in the move and didn't bother to tell us. We moved all of our household goods in Dec. 2021 to storage and literally just moved it all into our new house November 2022. I found so many things tossed into the storage. Broken washer; torn fabric on a Neiman Marcus couch; dents on the front of our stainless steel refrigerator; I could go on but why? I was extremely disappointed and just cannot recommend this company to move stuff you value.
