In addition to my previous review: UPDATE: MULTIPLE EXPENSIVE DAMAGED ITEMS! So many of the boxes delivered literally look like they were body slammed. My electric bike was damaged!! I'M SO UPSET!! The control that operates the whole bike was smashed off and the metal wheel cover is all bent and crushed into the wheel. The electrical control alone is $100, not including labor for the repair and anything else they find. OH AND! My treadmill was delivered damaged. The electronic interface was completely broken off, clearly by sheer force, and it now does not fit into the base. It will never be the same and I will have to replace that as well. I will attempt to contact them, but based on their lack of response this entire experience my guess is they will not reply or will refuse to refund it. GREAT. My belongings were picked up on July 1, and as of July 23, they still have not even been loaded onto a truck. Every time I call, I get the exact same generic response that's already available on the tracking website. Nobody can tell me where my shipment actually is, when it will be loaded, or when I can realistically expect delivery. Customer service has been extremely frustrating. Calls often go unanswered, and when someone does answer, they simply repeat the same scripted response. No one takes ownership of the issue, and no one is willing to escalate my case or provide any meaningful update. Before I booked, I was told the move would take only a few days and that the company had a strong transportation network. Once they had my belongings, everything changed. Communication became poor, and getting any real information has been nearly impossible. It feels like once they have your business, you're completely on your own. Moving is already stressful, but having your entire household in limbo for weeks with no accountability has made it far worse. If you value communication, transparency, and customer service, I would strongly recommend choosing another moving company. I will continue updating this review based on how Reliant Moving SolutionsF handles this situation, whether they take responsibility, and the condition and timeliness of my belongings when they are finally delivered.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They ultimately cost us THOUSANDS over the original quote and damaged/lost several items. Including a $400 vacuum that they offered $50 for in May, MONTHS after we moved and filed a claim. It also took 2 weeks for our truck to arrive after it picked up everything. Find a more reputable company. ***Update*** we still have not received even the $50 settlement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Misleading, unethical, unprofessional, treated our property with disregard, rude, and confrontational. They may not have many poor reviews on some websites, but that might be because the fine print in their settlement contract bully's customers into agreeing not to talk about the terms if they choose to accept their payout of insurance for damaged goods. When it came time for the insurance to pay us out on some very large permanently damaged items due to negligence on the movers part, the piddly amount they would have paid wasn't even worth it. Also the payout of property damage should not be dependent on customers signing away their rights to leave a poor review for poor service, but it is for Reliant Moving Solutions. I suggest potential customers read through the complaint tab over at BBB and note how customers overwhelmingly say the same negative things over and over about how Reliant Moving Solutions operates, even if their problem was resolved. Worst moving company we have ever used. D-

My experience with this moving company was nothing short of a disaster. They missed the expected delivery window by several days without providing meaningful updates or explanations. During that time, I had to purchase clothing, toiletries, and household supplies because everything I owned was still missing. After delivery, I discovered that several boxes had disappeared. Customer service repeatedly transferred my calls and offered little assistance. It took countless emails and phone calls before they finally agreed to send my missing belongings. Their lack of accountability and poor communication made this one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
