Racer moving did two separate moves for us over two days. Ty and Jeremiah were courteous and helpful in both setting up the move, taking care of my items and paying attention to time. They did a great job and I’ll definitely call them anytime I need something heavy lifted!
I cried most of the time unloading and I wish I had packed the uhaul myself. My mother’s furniture that had survived 50 years without being damaged in anyway is now scratched, gauged, or broken. The furniture pads that were provided were used as stuffing instead of protecting furniture. We found sheets that were still folded instead of used for protection. I ask that nothing be put on top of her piano, which was not followed and the book prop is now broken. Boxes were not properly placed by sizes even though they were provided that way so that less damage would occur. Men were pleasant but on their phones constantly. Instead of enjoying what is left of my mother they have damaged it. That is what I will always see now and it breaks my heart.
