I wish there was a lower rating than one star. I hired them on June 5th for a July 22 and move. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! gave us every excuse in the book and this breach of contract screwed up everything, like a domino effect. I will be taking legal action. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE!

We called around to different companies and Patriot was the one that had the lowest quote and best availability for the day we needed (June 24th-25th). We gave them the down payment and signed a contract that after signing we read that the changed the dates that we agreed on to June 26-27th). We didn't catch that until the called us saying they were needing to change the date to June 29th. We were closing on our house the 28th and wanted our stuff in the new house on the 28th or 29th at the latest. They ended up picking it up on the 28th. That is when we found out that Patriot moving is a broker; that they hire a sub contractor to do the moving. On top of that they tell us they can't fit all our stuff in the truck because they have other loads to put in as well and would need another truck (about another $4500). They took what they could and left the rest in our unit. They were supposed to get back with us to give us an ETA. We called/texted them several times the following days and finally talked to them again on July 2nd. They could not give an ETA on the delivery so we decided to not do a second truck until we got our first truck. I ended up renting a 2nd truck and loaded what was left and moved it myself which I got before they delivered the first truck. They then told me that they had 30 days to deliver from July 2nd since we didn't tell them we needed it before then. They originally stated it would be 10 days from June 28th. We told them from the start we wanted our stuff no later than June 29th. Finally after talking with them every day I got a date. That date came and went and my stuff did not show. I called and they told me they changed drivers. This continued for another 2 weeks of getting a date just for them to change drivers again and I didn't get my stuff. Finally on August 18th I got my stuff only to find every boxed smashed and everything packed on top of my motorcycle (which they were told to leave in my unit). Not only that but I was actually charged $300 dollars more to transport the motorcycle because "the law states they can't have anything touching the motorcycle and they have to pack it in a special way." My motorcycle was bent and scratched up. I had wooden furniture missing cushions and legs and also scratched. I had Artwork busted. Boxes labeled FRAGILE was packed on bottom and was smashed. Boxes labeled STAY/DO NOT TAKE was packed. Among all of that missing items included: all of my boxing/kickboxing gear (gloves, head gear, foot gear, chest protectors etc), all my power tools (drills, saws, air tools, chain saw), some art work, clothes and miscellaneous stuff and more. I of course was not happy. The driver that brought my stuff was the 5th driver to handle my stuff and only had it for a few days. He told me that my stuff hand been gone through by the others (this was recorded on my house camera ). When talking with management they told me to file an insurance claim with their insurance and would get 50 cents per pound of the items damaged. The body work alone on the motorcycle will cost more than that. My boxing equipment will cost more than that. My power tools will cost more than that. Needless to say what they will reimburse won't cover a fraction of what was lost or misplaced. Don't use them. If you can't do it yourself then find a local company to do it. They are bad. The driver that brought y stuff played me a recording of his manager telling him that his previous load was rained on but to not let the payer know until after they sign and pay (also recorded). They are a horrible company.

Absolutely great movers ! I paid exactly what they quoted me for and totally worth every penny ! They broke down all my big furniture and reassembled at my new place in such a short time ! They work fast and the movers were all very nice and on time ! I will be using them from now on for all my moving needs. I would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone !

I thought it was too good to be true... after reading the reviews, I had high expectations and they still exceeded them! Super quick, were early, and 5 crew members. Had 2 different apartments to move into a storage unit and still managed to fit it all into a 12 x 7 unit. Amazing.

Very professional and moved my things In a FLASH with no accidents If you need movers I highly recommend them. Did I mention I got an outstanding price also.. I would like to thank them again for moving my things in such a timely matter.. You guys rock.
