This company is the absolute worst! Do not use, they will jack up the price and it took 3 months and 3 deliveries to receive the majority of my item and still missing items. Customer service is a joke and don't expect anything from a claim.
This company robbed me of all my belongings. From my move. Come to find out after seeing other reviews here, im not the only one. I don't know how a company like this is even able to legally exist.

This Company is a SCAM. They steal your money by promising service and then failing to deliver once you are within the 5 day cancelation period and they keep your deposit - or you can let them show up at the last moment and steal all your things as others on this site say. They are obviously also paying people on this website to write 5 star reviews. Do not trust them, a guy named James who works there is the worst. Some law firm should help us file a class action lawsuit against them.
Here is my story. My household items were picked up by this company on 7/31/2020 in CA. I still have received nothing! At this point, I’m just praying each day my family photos and kids artwork and baby items are returned to me somehow. I also have photos of my son a United States Marine that cannot be replaced. There is no one at this company at this time that can tell me where my belongings are or when I will see them again. I have been reaching out for a week daily, with no answers provided to me. They have zero concern and feel no obligation to provide any answers. With current ELD standards they should know where all trucks are at all times, but they somehow don’t know. This is highly alarming. There are only two ways they wouldn’t be able to find out exactly where their drivers are; either unlawful business practices or outright lies. I have filed a police report because their lack of information or concern can only lead me to believe that my household items, family heirlooms, photographs and mementos were stolen from this company at this time. They have had possession of my items for over 50 days with no ability to provide real information as to where they are. I am in the logistics industry and I have friends throughout the Industry who have found out information about this company that is highly concerning. My advice to all who read this review: Vet their MC# (or #,s rather, I received three) check if they are insured. Check all company names they operate under (I received three) Check if they are authorized to broker cargo. Check their rating with the BBB. Google reviews are not enough. If I had done these things, I would never have trusted this company or used them. I am sharing my opinion and my experience with this company. That experience is that this company is not able to provide the service they sell you. Not even a small part of it. There is so much more I could say, but these are the most concerning points I wanted to share to help others avoid the heartache and headaches I am currently experiencing. I do not recommend this company.
