I was moving to Indiana with North star moving company. They were very helpful in explaining the course of the move. Both pick up and delivery crews did a fantastic job. The entire move went smoothly except for a couple of minor issues that were handled professionally and in a timely manner. They were careful in handling my precious and delicate items and made an extra effort to unpack them as well. I’ll make sure to recommend them to everyone who plans to move house any time soon. I’m so happy they managed to meet my expectations in spite of all odds.

I was moving twice with North star moving company. I was satisfied with how they treated me and my belongings 7 years ago and this time they managed to exceed my high expectations. My second move was a bit more complicated since we were moving with a baby, but North star movers had everything under control all the time. I felt safe with them knowing that they wouldn’t let me down. Not only did they pack everything properly, but also placed each box to the designated place. I had a seamless move with them and I hope we will meet again for my next household move.
My husband, daughter and I recently used Northstar Moving Company for our move. We were not looking forward to the stressful months that we were about to endure. Northstar made it a bit easier, at times. We appreciate the calls to see if anything had changed. The movers arrived on time and did the pick up in a timely and efficient manor. The movers were kind, as well as professional. The delivery took way longer than we had anticipated. We understand that we were not moving to the most ideal area, but would have appreciated this information ahead of time. Everything else went well, and they tried to make the situation better. Therefore, we are rating this company 4 stars.
I want to just say that we have the easiest move ever. I move almost every year, however this time it was for work and it was going all the way across the country. I was so stressed out, my friend gave me a number to Northstar Moving Company and told me that she used them last year and couldn't have been more pleased. I called the company they took down my information, and within days I have movers at my door whom came with all the equipment, materials, and truck. My home was on its way over to our new place the very next day. I was amazed, I don't plan on moving anytime soon, but I do recommend them 100%.
