Muscle Moving & Cleaning

This company was fantastic from start to finish. They packed my 26ft in Spokane and unloaded in liberty lake in 5.5 hrs. @ 106 per hr for 2 men they were cost effective, brought drills & hand tools, blankets & dolly’s to. Total customer 565$. Not a single thing damaged and their stacks in the truck looked like a work of art.

these guys were great, not sure what the review they have left is about. they show up in the same vehicle. their stacking capabilities were on par with van lines and they had a great work ethic to boot! they were a couple minutes late but boy were the awesome. it happens when you are as low priced as they are, gotta have multiple jobs to feed their guys! keep it up muscle moving

My mom hired these shady movers for her recent move and I'm blown away at the official response received from the owner via the U-Haul site, that I thought I'd share our experience here. First, the movers were an hour and 13 minutes late for the appointment. All documented via text and call logs, which the owner is now claiming is a lie.. we literally kept the communications for this very reason. We didn't even think your people would show up, they were so late. My mom called and texted, panicking, because we booked the U-Haul for a certain amount of time and she was receiving no responses other than 'soon' from the supposed owner and then dead air. The owner claims that her guys were only 30 minutes late, which is quite the bold lie considering how much evidence to the contrary we kept and how many people were in the house to corroborate. Their scheduled start time was 11am, they didn't show until 12:13pm. My mother was then told someone from the 'office' would call her and follow up, which never happened. Eventually she was told one of the guys was stuck in traffic and the other would be arriving in 15 minutes. One of the movers, when they did arrive, left an hour into the task and another guy had to show up to take his place. The guys did some of the job, but required the work of my husband in order to actually complete it, which is not what they were paid for. We ended up returning our U-Haul late and paying addition for having done so because of these movers and their lack of time management. The owner is a piece of work. Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest on top of it, as if they didn't bank on a review being left with documentation. I'll be sharing screenshots via social media, as well as here shortly.
