I hired Mubers Moving Corp for my employer to move some boxes and furniture. The 1st crew they sent out arrived about an hour later than expected with no phone call to let me know. They did end up going back to pickup a few items that they left behind, which I appreciated. The 2nd crew was on time, but did not appear to know what they were doing. I was not informed ahead of time they charge a processing fee for using a credit card. Nothing was damaged and the workers were nice but I feel they need more training and they could improve their communication.

Everyone was super nice that I spoke to and I could tell that they just wanted to help. This made the beginning very easy. They also let me know what to expect. That I truly appreciated. The movers at pick up did a great job, however, one of them made a point to let me know that tips were not included. This felt a little weird. Other than that, everything was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend them.
This was an average move with Mubers Moving Corp. Pickup was late and delivery was late. The driver's were kind, and courteous, and very respectful. They worked hard, and long. Customer service did provide me with updates along the way which helped ease my nerves. My TV was broken upon arrival, and I was provided with claims information that handled my issue in a timely manner. Overall, my move was good. Little issues, that were all taken care of.
