Dealing with Charna Kinneberg was the most unprofessional experience I have had with a move company. She effectively promotes her expertise to a vulnerable population (the elderly) but within one week of a move date and with the exception of the move date itself, a clear course of action to purge, pack and move and associated dates were still not communicated, nor had any services been provided. With my most prized possession - my mom - I was relying on Moyers services to lead us through one of the life’s hardest transitions but the lack of attentiveness to the project only added to the anxiety, both hers and mine. This led me to also question the value of the services for the high price. And after a disappointing response from Charna to several email inquiries, I ended up termination the engagement and using another much more responsive company. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend Charna and Moyer Move Mgmt to anyone for anything.
