Paid for a move from vegas to maine. My stuff sat in a warehouse for 4 months in vegas until i decided not to move from vegas. Upon delivery where my things were basically thrown out of the truck into the garage late one evening and then they left before i could unpack anything i discovered most furniture items that i did get back were damaged. The majority of my boxes were lost. In short thousands of dollars in lost items or damaged. And that move to Maine that i paid for yet never had the items shipped??? I was told id get a $800 dollar refund. That hasn't happened over 2 months later. I almost forgot.... heres a example ofthe bs they pull before they pick up your stuff. They do a phone quote, I said king size bed. The day before pickup they go over your items again over the phone and on hearing bed they asked if it had a frame. I said " yes i told you before a king size bed not a king size mattress on the floor". Oh no he says thats more for a frame and my price on just that item is raised a few hundred dollars. Fast forward to pick up day and the crew working says " oh you have a box spring with that king bed and frame thats a few hundred more for that item. Now you might say why not argue it, well when you paid the original deposit which is significant for a cross country move and have to be gone by a certain day you have no choice. and these shady af movers know that. stay clear at all cost. and the icing onthe cake was i gave the pick up crew several items from my home i didnt use or need and all the items from my liquor cabinet as a gift.

I'm floored that this company is in business. They're frauds! They violated our signed contract, did $8,000 because of pure laziness (they didn't wrap a single item despite our contract stating they would), they're unprofessional, and they're rude. Don't use them!

Horrible!!! Stay away. Do not use this company. They not only ruined half my furniture but lost my out patio furniture. The one thing I told them not to lose they lose. I had them leave my bed syuff because it can be replaced, my patio is not. 6200.00 down the drain. I am going to demand my full amount I can get back. Just stay away from them. My movers who moved my stuff out of storage couldn't believe it either. How can you pack something so well and still break it? By not paying attention. They said they would go ove the manifest with you and they do not. Save yourself the hearbreak of losing the few pieces you are willing to pay and drive cross country with and do not use this company.

Worst experience ever, in my many years of moving. It’s been now 30 days since my items were picked up and I have not yet received. The back and forth with customer service is insane and every week gets pushed delivery for another week. Before choosing to book with them, read the contract in detail before signing anything and that means before even booking with them as they will not show the contract until they are picking your items up and as what they state verbally is VERY different on what is written in the fine line. I just pray I get my stuff in this lifetime, intact and not broken or stolen. I will never use this company again and unfortunately it is my fault for not following my gut in the first place and paying a little more money for another company I used in my past that was phenomenal and I got my belongings in a week and half across country.

To start, the movers arrived 36 hours late to pick up our stuff. We were scheduled as an 8am pickup the first day but at 4pm received a call stating another move was taking longer than expected and they needed to push to the next day. We were promised a discount to the overall move as this required us to move a hotel reservation (we have not seen any discount) and were assured they would arrive first thing the next day as it was the final day of our lease. The following day required 5-6 phone calls before the movers finally arrived around 5pm. Immediately upon arrival, one of the movers asked to use our bathroom, leaving a huge mess for us to clean up, while the other spent every moment he could flirting and making unwanted advances whenever my significant other was out of the room. We had been told in preparation to leave all large items assembled and the movers would take care of disassembly and packing, however in order to do this they had to borrow our tools and did the bare minimum when taking out screws/pegs resulting in horrible damage to many of our items. They applied packing tape directly onto items, both metal and wood, resulting in hours of tape removal from some items and irreversible damage to others. When moving our packed bins down to the truck one of the movers dropped one from a substantial height spilling our things everywhere and proceeded to just shrug and say “if we break something we’ll replace it”. Both men asked for water, during a pandemic, and got annoyed when we did not have cups to provide it to them; while they were moving all of our stuff into their truck. We had also been told by the coordinators that we would be able to pay using Zelle but when it came time to pay the movers they would only accept a check or credit card and as we had packed our checks we were forced to pay the extra credit card fee. While our items were at their warehouse waiting to be sent out to us, they managed to misplace our three seater couch, part of a large metal desk, a large cat tree, and the tops/light bulbs for our lamps for weeks before eventually finding most of the items about to be sent out with a different shipment. While calling to determine the whereabouts of our lost items, we were informed that the two movers had already been fired for incompetence both with our move and others. When we did finally receive all our things, everything that we did not pack ourselves was broken. Our kitchen table has a huge crack in the base that makes it unusable, the base of our bed is all scratched up, the entertainment center has pegs completely blown through and others bent whiles some pieces were completely shattered, our side tables are warped, the base of the cat tree is snapped, the base of the metal desk has welds snapped off, and the internal frame of the couch is detached on one side. When we filed a claim for the broken items they refuse to give us anything for the couch as we cannot prove that the damage was caused by the movers and our petition of gross neglect of our things was rejected as we “willingly” gave our items to the movers. Overall we are very upset with this entire process and do not recommend anyone use this service.
