Avoid this company at ALL costs. I received my items yesterday and was devastated to see one of my grandmother's dining chairs with a broken leg, my mother's 100 year old piano with both legs broken, dented filing cabinet (front of top drawer where the lock is), broken TV console, broken side table and smashed boxes. The broken legs of chair and piano were solid wood and would not be easily broken. This company seems to have no respect for the property they are transporting. I am going to file a claim but had they taken any amount of care with the things entrusted to them I would not have to do this nor have my heart broken over these items. Praying they can be repaired.
I can only recommend to stay away from Mover Van Lines. Sales dept promises fast delivery, but then after you wait for weeks. Items are lost, stolen and broken. Pickup and dropoff is super unprofessional. Nothing is checked out. Customer service is literally useless and not willing to go the extra mile. not even an extra yard
This people are rude, unprofessional, evil and wicked. I paid $2100 down payment to move my stuffs from Houston to boston. I later changed deliver address to Houston instead of boston and they told me I have to pay another $836 for them to deliver it. Am like look am not paying $3000 to deliver from houston to Houston again which is like 10min from my pickup location. They said they are not going to deliver it I have to pick it up myself. I gave them date and time that am going to pick up and they confirmed it with me. I knew they are wicked and they don’t care so I decided to confirm it with them again on Saturday, they told me that someone is not going to be there ; so if I didn’t called to confirm I would’ve drive 4hrs 30min to the facility for nothing. I was p***** but I calmed down and called again to make another appointment, the same frustrating back and forth am still waiting for them to provide me a specific date to pick up my stuffs it over month and some weeks now
terrible experience. they lost the main part of our bed making it completely useless and showed up 1 month after the initial delivery date. they lied and said our stuff left a month before it actually did and it took two weeks of pestering for them to admit the mistake. now i have to literally submit claims about my missing bed and for the late day refunds....
they haven't told us where our things are and they picked them up over a month ago....
