We have paid $1600.00 so far. Numerous VMM to MidNational Moving and their contractor. One return call from the contractor. When I asked why the delivery date kept changing the contractor hung up on me. I have now been told the delivery of our items will occur 30 business days after the first available delivery date. There has been no response from the previous reviews submitted last week. We have no idea what the final cost will be. We have no idea when our items will be delivered. Poor customer service from the time the initial amount was paid until today. Incompetent and unprofessional. Complaints have been filed with BBB on this broker as well as their contractor. I have submitted two reviews regarding the total incompetency I have experienced in dealing with this company for our move to Florida. I reviewed BBB and see where this company has an F rating. Had I seen this before I never would have done business with this organization. In this particular case, I feel the F rating is appropriate.

I looked over the review written by Steve and had the same experience. Wish we had the ability to cancel but the closing was scheduled and I had no way to obtain a different moving company. Cost was 900.00 more than initially quoted. Movers were to have arrived on Sunday. Finally showed up on Monday evening at 830 after I was on the phone for two days trying to locate the movers. Fiasco from Beginning to end. Their own customer service person stated that the only word to describe the situation was incompetent. We still do not have our furniture that was to have been delivered 9-8-21. Every time I call there is a different story as to why we still do not have our furniture. Errors in this transaction are too numerous to list. Misinformation is the story of the day. Do not recommend this company to anyone. Good luck if you can get anyone to return calls. If it was possible I would give a negative rating to this company.

Complete scam. I gave their sales respresentative an incredibly accurate estimate of all of my inventory and was assured that any slight deviations would not cost me anymore. Their moving team arrived and attempted to charge me nearly double the original estimate. I had to cancel service and they would not refund my deposit despite their sales representative lying to me multiple times.

This is a scam. If you're not sure whether to believe the reviews just try reaching out to their customer service, sales, or any contact you're given. Once you pay the deposit no one will answer your calls. I received a quote for about $2000, they took my inventory and everything. Once the movers showed up they quoted me for $5000 saying the cubic sqft estimate was WAY off. I had to scramble and find a uhaul to do the out of state move on my own. I've been calling for my refund to be returned but no one answers. If you're still thinking of trying it out, don't pay with Zelle.
