If I could give them zero I would. I just moved last Saturday. I was supposed to have movers between 8am-10am. The movers didn't arrive until 12:50pm. When they arrive they ask me to charge there phones cause their's had gone dead. Long story short they broke my recliner and a the top of the chester drawers. It took the owner Joseph three days to even answer me about getting reimbursed for my loses. This man has 3 different numbers and when you send information you have to call him before he looks at the information you sent. Even though I have receipts for the damaged items I was told I'd only get 60 cents per pound up to $300 and it will take up to 30 days. My recliner cost $500 and is only a year old. He only takes Zelle because you can't put a stop payment on it. Stay far away from this company.
