DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wouldn't even give them a 1-star rating except that this form requires it. Everything that I was told by sales for 8 months in planning this move was directly contradicted by the office/General Manager. Nobody ever came out to look at what was being moved or to discuss anything. Everything was on the phone with sales or via email. When I questioned things that were in the emailed paperwork with sales, he told me to disregard it and that what he told me was the actual agreement. He told me that my deposit was fully refundable; the General manager denied it. They doubled their price 24 hours before the move. This turned into a VERY BIG MESS because of their sales conflicting with everything else. After I filed a BBB review, they called and promised to get back to me, possibly that day, but certainly by the following week. It has now been 18 days without a word. Bait & switch. I am a disabled senior and cannot afford to throw money away. I NEED my deposit refunded. NOT a reputable business.

MC Movers was contracted by a moving broker to handle my move. I had a terrible experience with them. I cannot stress enough to NOT USE them!. It took 6 weeks (29 business days). Their lack of communication ended when they realized they were past the federal regulatory limit of 21 business day for a 1200 moves. At that time, I was informed that the truck had broken down, so it would be another 5-7 days since they were waiting for parts. It was after that the driver texted me two days in a row saying the truck was being worked on, so he wouldn’t be there. I tried to verify that he had my load, but the driver ignored my questions. He also did not identify himself by name. Instead, I did a reverse phone search since I was meeting him alone. At the time he showed up, I called him by name which verified who he was. I was not surprised by broken dishes I unpacked after seeing the driver put one flat box on its end and another arrived upside-down. With overdue delivery, lack of communication, substandard equipment, a shady driver, and broken/missing items, this was, by far, the most stressful move I’ve ever experienced. DO NOT TRUST MC Movers with your move!

I moved from San Jose down to Miami with with MC movers. They were very professional. They came to my house, wrapped everything nicely and comforted me. Made sure I was OK with everything from pint A to Z. They are so sweet and very talented. Great people all in all, David the manager was great too.

This was for a move from Colorado to Ohio. There wasn't an option for Ohio so I put Michigan. I was given all sorts of hidden fees and I was originally told my stuff would arrive on the 3rd. I was NOT told that they would take my stuff to a storage facility first and wait for an available truck. I was, in fact, specifically told by Serg that was NOT what was happening. I was also hung up on by customer service and I understand they should be treated with respect but this is outrageous. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. I couldn't even get an exact estimate of the day! They said 3-7 days AFTER it was being loaded from storage. They couldn't even give me a day of arrival! That being said, the movers themselves were very professional and efficient (which is why they get two stars instead of one) but I feel incredibly misled. I know the contract said up to 30 days but I was no TOLD that they would not be storing my stuff or that it would take over a WEEK after the "first available" date. I would NOT sign with them and if you work with Bronze Star Movers and get them DO NOT SIGN.

No good ! Scam this “company” sell narcotics thru online services and moves absolutely nothing but can sure talk a big game ..dishonest & fake !
