Storage can be useful if you are not ready for delivery just yet. Be sure to let your coordinator know of this. They will help figure out which option is best for you and provide a quote. Furthermore, once you are ready, all you have to do is give them a call! You will have your delivery in no time at all.
They also understand every move is not simple. Legacy Moving & Storage monitors the facility twenty-four hour a day protect the contents. They also have fire prevention equipment. All customers have easy access to their things in storage as well. This is very unique, as a lot of companies do not offer that option. Be sure to give them a call to receive your free quote. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company it too k them almost 30 days to deliver my items they picked up the phone maybe 3 times total in that time. Never once reached out to me to inform me of the status of my delivery. They have anybody picking up and dropping your items off. They over charged us and everybody there works somewhere else so if you get a call back your lucky. Horrible company.
Stay away from this dump at all costs!! Rat infestation, stolen items, scratches and dents, vandalism -- the owner didn't even show up to account for our items, which are missing in the tens of thousands of dollars!!! Do yourself a favor and read the reviews under "Klavuhn Moving and Storage" in Cumberland, MD. Same company but the founder is unfortunately no longer there. Disgusting place!!!
8 years of my life working for everything I own and this company broke more 90% my furniture! Lost more than $20,000. This company doesn't take responsibility for destroying my property. They hired another company who claim they got in an accident on the way to Florida. When I saw my furniture the drivers were very unprofessional. They wore sandals and were smoking hookah. I was forced to sign a paper before they opened the truck and told me some of my things, like my entire glass table, had not arrived because they were completely broken. After I signed this form they opened the truck, I opened all my packed boxes to reveal all my furniture was water damaged and broken into pieces. So I am left here with no furniture in Florida since this company does not want to reimburse any of my furniture.
I recently used Legacy Moving & Storage, or Klavuhn Moving & Storage,I am not sure which name they're going by. However the experience was very easy with them. The guys that arrived on pickup did work a little bit slow however they got the job done right. The people at the office were very easy to talk to and seem to accommodate everything that I was looking for.
The guys at Legacy Moving & Storage we're super fast with my move. But I could tell they were also being cautious. The guys that showed up we're also very nice and easy to be around. It made the experience that much better. My mood was a few months ago and it was quite warm outside. They did not complain the entire time and did not even take breaks. I really appreciate them going out of their way to make the move good for me. I was super stressed before the pickup. After that point I realized I really had nothing to worry about with this company. I would recommend them.
