If you value your time, money and property, Don't ever use this company. If i could do less than 1 star I would. First off, they were 3 hours late, 2 guys showed up, One was hung over. We actually had to help load and unload 80% of the truck.. Once the move was completed, It actually took 4.5 hours, they tried to over charge us for 6 hours. We went ahead and paid that amount. Then they knocked on the door, demanding another 150.00. They shattered a brand new 55" TV, ruined a chest of drawers and a night stand. When we contacted their insurance, they responded, stating our loss did'nt meet Landmarks, deductible, so it defaulted to their bill of lading, which states, .60 per pound. Our tv was only 3 months old, and they offered us $18.24 for a $400.00 tv. When we contacted the owner, she stated that's all she was going to do, we responded back, telling her to keep her $18 bucks. Movers BEWARE!!!!!!
