Worst experience we’ve ever had!! Kept changes prices, adding extra fees after being told otherwise. Was told may deliver in semi but probably box truck because of a small load, then they showed up in a semi and was told they couldn’t deliver with Semi so charged $300 to reload in to a box truck, then when we finally got the money to her they tried to tell her it was $400!!?? What a con!! Trucking companies should know if their Semis can go on certain routes before they get there!! Then they left all boxes in the parking lot for my daughter to carry in because they wanted to charge another $75 for 3 extra steps into the apt. Now I know there was a paper that stated that, however, when my daughter had already left for VA her Apt. didn’t have stairs to the front door, on her way something happened and they had to switch to an Apt with 10 steps, so they wanted the extra money! Not helpful, rude & inconsiderate!! Would never recommend this company!!

Crew worked tirelessly even though I knew they had a lot of heavy furnishings to move. These guys are great! Only took a 10 minute break for lunch and back to work. Large move. Back the next day to do it again. I will recommend this company to my friends.Â
