Worst company I have ever dealt with in my 66 years on this earth. Ryan in Pa. is a liar, thief, and disgusting. He promised me 3 movers, they sent 2. Called Ryan and his excuse was, oh yea, well, one guy is in the hospital. They are have 3 people that works for them?? They sent two Russians that were suppose to arrive at 9:00 and they arrived at 2:30 p.m. and this was a one day guaranteed move. They finished filling the truck at 10:00 p.m. The truck was full and I had to make three more U-haul trailer loads to get it all moved. Ryan said the 26 ft. truck was more than enough and he was willing to bet on it. I wish I had. I sent Ryan pictures of every room two times and he still said the truck was big enough. The truck that they arrived in was a 20 ft. ENTERPRISE RENTAL truck. The Russians spoke in their native tongue which was very rude. They broke two pieces of oak furniture and did not acknowledge it. One end table that they broke was left in the living room and when I went back to get it, the top came off of the base. Someone had sit on it and since my wife or didnt, that only leaves them. They even loaded an antique chair, pictures, and vases in a tall box that is used to hang clothes. TWICE they did this. The items were not wrapped in paper, bubble wrap, nothing!! They unloaded the next day starting at 10:30 a.m. and they said they would be there at 7:30. Keep in mind this was a guaranteed one day move. They would have arrived at the destination at 2:00 a.m. so instead of coming to the house, they drove back to their warehouse that night and returned the next morning. They left a work bench and toolbox in my driveway and refused to move it to my shed. The one guy I asked if they were moving it to the shed told me, What you want something for nothing?? I paid $3000 and dont think i was asking for something I didnt pay for. Why did they bring it if they were going to move it. Ridiculous company!!! They drove off and I did not get to look inside the truck to make sure it was empty. We are missing some valuable items. I called Ryan, he said someone from their claims dept. would contact me and they didnt. I called Ryan again, he will not return my phone calls. BBB has been notified and I only hope they investigate you to the fullest. This is the worse company and should not be in business. Where are my missing boxes?? No one knows, right??? How about my broken furniture? No one has ever called me from the claims dept. like RYAN said they would. You got your money, now youre done with me. I get it. I would not give me one star but I had too just to be able to speak my mind and rate you.
Interstate relocation system helped me move my business to West Virginia. I have also hired them to relocate my employees. They provided an accurate and fair quote and did everything in a professional and efficient manner. They took all my requirements into consideration and did their best to meet my expectations. Interstate Relocation Systems did a great job with my move. Granted, it was not too far of move. I went from South Houston, Texas to Las Vegas, Nevada. So, it was not like I was moving all of the way across the country, but I was sure to do research on my company to make sure my stuff was not going to get stolen and sold. I also had a coworker use Interstate Relocation System, so I knew it was going to go well to an extent. I also needed someone to pack all my items for me. I did not want to do much work and get more stressed. They did a great job helping me and an even better job at relocating. The two men and lady at pick up were quick and hard-workers. Everything else went as planned. Would use them again and recommend them.
Great service. I was pleased from the beginning to end. The movers were kind and personable. I was stressed beyond belief the entire time, but it all worked out. It was not my choice to move, but Interstate definitely made it easier. Much appreciated.
