Watched one of these trucks weave through traffic going over 80 mph while it was raining. Came right up behind me and almost slammed into me. I had to quickly get in a different lane. Watched him do the same to two others. Wildly dangerous and honestly wtf? Couldve killed someone.
This was my first time using DuFrane Moving & Storage. I needed to move my big piano. Almost everyone I spoke to was kind, and genuine. Customer Service helped me through the whole way. I felt very confident dealing with them. There was a few hitches, like there is with every move, so that didn't bother me much. My piano arrived in one piece and sounds good as new.
I found DuFrane Moving & Storage online, and am so glad I did! Everyone in the company, was nice, considerate, and understanding. I was moving 2,000 miles so I was extremely nervous, but they assured me everything would go smoothly. The guys unloading my items, were great. No complaints! I did need claims information for one of my items, but it was handled with no issues. I would highly recommend using this company again.
DuFrane Moving & Storage did a great job of moving my belongings. The mover's were strong and hard-working and moved my piano. They did charge me a bit more, but they did a great job so I didn't mind paying.
