Duffel Donkey was great! They gave me a very thorough quote and explained everything in detail over the phone as well as when they arrived at pickup. The crew was friendly and showed up within the window I was provided. I had no issues with my price increasing. They packed everything properly so I did not have any damaged or misplaced items. They communicated with me throughout the drive so I knew when they were going to arrive for delivery. I received a call from the driver the day prior to delivery to confirm a time frame and I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up a little earlier than expected. They carefully unloaded all of my items and placed them in the correct rooms. I am a very happy customer and would use them again.
