DMS Moving Systems went above and beyond to help me move to Tennessee almost effortlessly. I was stressed out by the process, luckily they stepped in when I needed them most. They were amazing, everything was fine from a quick response of their customer rep to the movers' professionalism and efficiency. After my belongings were delivered to my new address their representative called to make sure I was satisfied with the move which left me speechless. I will most definitely use their services if I have to move again. I will look no further as I found the best movers ever.
This was my first mover ever, so I was concerned on who I would choose to move my items. I chose DMS Moving Systems. They were kind over the phone and offered me assurance. My quote was extremely doable. The men arrived and delivered on time, what more could I ask for. Not only that, but they were helpful during the entire move. I cannot explain how stressed we were, and it didn't really get better in that aspect, but they were able to accommodate us.
This was my 2nd time using DMS and this move went just as well, if not better than the first. Each time I have used their services, I have called in to schedule a move for one of my employees with a pretty short notice. They work hard to fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible. They were calm and helpful throughout the entire process. They sent out 2 men who laid down plastic to protect the floor and they explained the breakdown of the charges to me over the phone. They packed and loaded all of my employee's items in less than 4 hours. I was so impressed when they called me and told me they had already finished. My employees have always provided amazing feedback on their experiences with this company which is why I will continue to use them. I have not once heard anyone complain about their items being mishandled and arriving damaged or broken.
I can not believe this company only has a few good reviews online! They were the best moving company I have ever used. The only small issue I had with them was their office not relaying information about my pickup location being a gated community. They tried to bring in a large truck which did not fit but they quickly got a smaller truck and started working. They introduced themselves and worked professionally from start to finish. They did not complain or use foul language once even though they had to go up and down a few flights of stairs. They completed pickup in a few hours and worked like machines to get everything done perfectly. The driver called me the day before delivery and provided me the time frame they expected to arrive. We had to schedule an elevator time slot and explained they would have to finish within that time or they would have to use the stairs. The time slot was only 3 hours. They finished with 20 minutes to spare! They put all of our items back together that they took apart at the pickup end. They put the boxes in the correct rooms so unpacking was a breeze. If you need to relocate, I would strongly suggest using this company. This was by far the best door to door service I have ever used! Thanks again DMS for a job very well done!
