I was at a loss before this move. Thankfully, the movers from Cross country movers lent a friendly, efficient and experienced hand to help me with my move. They were punctual, strong and efficient. I have no issues with them while they moved my belongings. But what separated them from other moving companies to me was their customer service. They always kept in touch with me even after the move. They always knew the whereabouts of my things and responded very politely to any queries I had. It was just amazing the way they kept me in the loop throughout the moving process. They really gave me a good deal. Their helpfulness ensured a low bill for this move.

The four men I got were all very well trained and had enough experience to conduct this move. Their packing skills were good and they had no trouble loading everything to the van. The best thing about them was their timing. They arrived on time and made the delivery on time as well. I have very high regards for this amazing company.
Both men were professional, really useful as well as pleasant. They relocated all our belongings across the states. The furniture was much too hefty for my spouse and me to move ourselves. Cross country movers was the only company that marketed in-house moving. This is a good service for older individuals who are incapable to move hefty furniture from area to area. Rates were reasonable additionally.
This is the 2nd time that I am using Cross country movers. The 1st move was done very smartly and that is why I hired them again. This time too it was a perfect move! They did not damage a single thing! They labeled all the boxes so well that searching for an item was not hard! They even helped me unpack! Such good guys!
