We have just recently moved to Norfolk Virginia with Coleman American Moving Services. we had booked with them before we started reading the reviews. We were definitely a little bit worried but we were able to address all of our concerns. office was very kind and was able to help us out during the stressful part before the move occurred. We knew that we wanted to have a full move including packing and everything so we could eliminate any stress that we possibly could. The guys were really worked efficiently in together. They were inventorying every item as it went on to the truck. We could definitely tell they were taking very good care of everything. The delivery didn't take as long as we were expecting, but we are able to plan ahead because they kept us updated. This is a short version of everything that we experienced with Coleman American Moving Services.
The last few times that I have moved with my company have been an absolute disaster. This time was a bit easier. Everything went smoothly until the date of pick up. My wife and I were hoping the estimate would have been correct since we had been through this before and put every single piece in the house on it. Coleman said that it was going to be $1000 more. They were very nice and worked well. Nothing was lost or damaged. We don’t have any other complaints.
