Did not show during 10-12 window called 1 minute before window was over 1159- could not tell me when they would be there- of course I was frustrated. Asked again when they would be there. They stated “not soon enough-so you are cancelling -ok” and hung up on me. Call lasted 39 seconds. Continuing to claim I cancelled and refusing to return what they are calling a nonrefundable deposit. I had to scramble to hire another mover-then Bearded Brothers started saying they could still come out and help because that’s how they make their Money- they continued to harass me several more hours- All blame was put on me. Take a look at their one star google reviews- my mistake I did not look at that first.
