The representative, Robert, assured me that I'd have 7 days prior to the move (today) to cancel/change and request a full refund. I've done so. Because I researched and found that they're a broker for moving companies. They low-ball offers and then will hold your belongings hostage until you pay for more. While that's not my direct experience, it's enough to change my mind on them. They're holding $4200 of my money after their rep assured me I'd get a refund. I've filed a complaint with the AG, I've disputed the charge with my bank, and I'm contacting my consumer lawyer. Lesson learned. Do not trust this company. Their employees are liars and your basic car salesmen types. They are NOT trustworthy. I hope it helps someone! The rest of these positive reviews have to be paid for, no way they have that many. Save yourself some time and stress, go with a more reputable company - one that's an actual mover and not a broker. I wonder if their families know that they steal money from single moms and desperate people? How gross to work for a predator company like that.

Moving small studio apartment - was originally given a quote of 2020. Upcharged and mover wouldn't allow me to see how he was packing in the truck. Was told that nothing could be unloaded after it was already on and it would be $2500 . charge to offload if we weren't happy. That after already having paid a deposit which would have been lost along with the added unload charge. Long story short - they use "partners" who don't correspond with eachother so there is little communication that gets transfered from one company to another. I'm still waiting on delivery and have only been told for the last 2+ weeks that it is "finalizing stage" and someone will contact me. I'm simply hoping that my items are delivered very soon and I can be free of this nightmare. Some of the partners they use shouldn't even be in business -- rude, unprofessional. Basically hold your items hostage and there seems to be no recourse.

Second estimate is double the original binding estimate. 40% of my furniture is damaged beyond safe use or repair. Customer service employees had scripted answers to all of my questions, concerns and claims with no regard to customer satisfaction.

I had to move my big house to NY, which was tough. They were careful with my high-tech gear and old collection. I also renovated the basement, so they helped me install the projector there. Well done, group!

I tried on these movers for my household stuff relocation; the experience has been delightful and stress-free. Highly recommended.
