I had to move on very short notice, and this company stepped in like absolute pros. They organized everything within a day, showed up on time, and handled my belongings with real care. What could’ve been a stressful disaster turned into a smooth experience.

I own a lot of glass décor and was extremely nervous about breakage. The team wrapped each piece meticulously and not a single item was damaged. That level of attention really impressed me.

Beyond exceptional. These men were very respectful, professional, quick, punctual, and did a tremendous job following directions. They took apart everything, wrapped it up, and took it to my storage with not a single scratch on my furniture or walls. They take pride in their work and it showed by how they made it look so easy. I was blown away and believe me when I say I will always request these gentlemen again.

My family and I were looking for a moving service because we planed to move all the way from one end of the US to the other. My husband was looking online and got a sales call from this company. The man was super nice saying he was the owner and that we could call him day or night, but once we signed the quote he wouldn't answered our calls. We were told to guess how many boxes we would use and so our initial quote was super low. We knew we would have a call about 5 days before pickup and needed an accurate count. We made a list with measurements and over counted on boxes to get the highest quote so we weren't surprised when the quote went up, so we paid over 2 grand more. The day the truck comes they say they are a different company and none of the money we've paid so far goes towards their cost. So obviously we have to paid another $4000! We had no idea that Americas Movers was a broker and took our money just to ask a different company to get our stuff. We could have done that ourselves. They purposely don't tell you they're a broker and that you will pay for their services separately. And be careful they measure differently then the company that actually moves your belongings. The second company wanted to charge us $13k because our stuff wouldn't fit in the truck they sent, but it makes no sense because we over estimated!! Now we're dealing with a whole new issue from the second company. It's been two weeks since they picked up our stuff and they have no idea when it will be delivered because we're so far away! This whole thing has been a nightmare and it all started with this company! I will never use a moving company again and want to warn others. You can cancel 7 days prior the truck but they call 5 days before to say you owe more money. By time this is over we will pay 4 times between the 2 companies. my amount shown is just the cost of Americas Movers.

These people or this company is a scam and a rip off. I find it hard to believe these reviews of 4-5 stars? This company is a Broker and doesn’t even have a single moving truck. They bid you low and then itemize your furniture and what you are moving. They then farm it out to a different moving company, an actual business that moves you. When the movers show up and you give them the list THAT AMERICAN MOVERS gives you, they then tell you that you will need to pay more due to it being over the quote of cubic meters? We didn’t add anything to the list and we were told by AMERICAN MOVERS that if we didn’t go forward with the move, we would lose our deposit of $1850. We were held hostage by this company and we were also told that we would have to leave items that were on the American Movers list or pay the extra $2700. They have a F RATING on BBB and the American MOVERS Association even states not to use them. I blame myself for not reading the ACTUAL reviews on this company that state over and over the same thing that happened to us. Run Run Run from this company and don’t even think about using them. They are a scam and a rip off company that takes your money then holds you hostage until you pay.
