Moving with small kids makes the process extra hard and slow. But American Plus Moving and Storage made it happen! They worked for a total of 8 straight hours! And this was at a constant QUICK SPEED with everything handled with care. Helped us take down and set up our beds, moved everything into the right rooms, and wrapped and unwrapped all necessary items so that NOTHING WAS DAMAGED in the process. Highly recommend.

Most Professional movers I have ever had. They use professional piano move equipment to move piano with REASONABLE PRICE. They know piano, and know how to move piano with NO DAMAGE piano inside. I buy a second hand piano. They help me check the piano and tell me every mark on the piano. They tell me, they will move 4 more piano at the day they after move my piano. I think they are the best mover. I highly recommend their service.

The American Plus Moving do put themselves at risk for injuries with all the heavy lifting and going up and down the stairs. My husband and I were very happy and satisfied. Our move was quick, and the guys took the time to shrink and wrap all of our valuables. Recommended to all.

They were available on short notice, we're easy to communicate with, and we were reasonably priced. The moving team was polite and worked quickly and efficiently. They also wore masks the whole time, which I really appreciate! We had no damage or any problems at all. We will be happy to hire them again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

These guys are the best! They moved me several times when I had a few moves to do about 3 years ago. I got in touch with them recently when I had to move again. They came over and moved my entire apartment in 2 hours including shrink wrapping all my furniture. It was AMAZING TO WATCH. I had only packed one box by the time they half way done. Moving can be stressful sufficient. Finding people who are this good makes all that stress go away. They are REAL PROFESSIONALS who just bust out a move in no time at all. I wouldn't hire anyone else!

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, stay away from them at all costs!! I had to find a mover to move my 90-year old father from Oregon to Utah and these guys said they could handle it in the time frame I needed. They LIED from the very beginning, and it took 13 WEEKS for them to deliver my fathers' property!! During that 13 weeks they were terrible about communication; we didn't know if his property had been lost, stolen, misdirected or what because they wouldn't even answer the phone. They hired a trucking company from New Jersey, AMM Trucking, to make the actual move, and they were even worse than American Plus about communication. The move cost me $2,500. more than I was quoted, and I had to spend $2,000. on an attorney to pressure these thieves to fulfill their contract. I was fortunate in that all his property was finally delivered in good condition, unlike many of the other reviews for this sham of a company, but don't let that sway you and tempt you to hire these morons. STAY AWAY from them at all costs and save yourself a certain heartache.

My partner is a quadriplegic. I am moving all myself. I was quoted 2500$ and then the sales rep died so they cannot go back to tell me what I was originally told... They charged $500 and then refunded it because inventory lied to me. Then, day of moving, it was $4100+. The entire time sales vs. inventory on who was trying to actually "make the money" from me. Then, the actual movers (Not American Plus - they outsource) said my check bounced and its $35 and need pmt or ill be charged $100 then $25 everyday that it's late; YET my bank said my check was never ran. Everything about this company is shady. Even Todd,director of sales who directly texted me but then never returned my call... or how I left voicemails with customer service. Todd even admitted that since Apollo died, he couldn't see what went wrong... AND the shady part is, I can't see the original quota now. As they make new quotes, your file is updated and does not represent what you originally signed! It's SOOO scammy and shady. Shame on you! I've turned into BBB, and will continue to spread my experience. On top of that, we have an attorney who is looking to work my case pro bono out of help for John's injury and our lack of resources. I feel like I told Apollo that and told him WHY I needed genuine help and not to be sold like a sales person. They absolutely lied, and it seems every department is against the other! I am looking at other moves, they paid $4000 for a 3 bedroom. I didnt even have a full 1 bedroom. I didnt even bring my bed, to save money, or tvs.... I sold so many things to cut back on cubic feet. Then, i asked the movers, if i should leave one thing behind and they said it's already been paid for? Well, how did they calculate that cubic ft. before I actually packed it?! Everything I've heard back since has been "well you signed it"... in person. WELL, it doesnt work that way. You can't tell what's changed in the paperwork. I thought I was only signing for a $200 fee for boxing my things because I didn't know the huge vaccum sealed bags wouldnt work for my comforter, etc.

They were really prompt, efficient, and friendly! I was able to keep clothes on hangers and in my dressers, which was a HUGE TIME SAVER. The guys were affectionate sufficient to swing by a friends house nearby so I could pick up a box spring and bed frame at NO EXTRA CHARGES. Max were the friendliest, most efficient movers we've ever come across. The two of them moved us from NY to GA over 6-7 hours (including packing a lot of our stuff for us), and I don't think they took a single break (which, of course, would have been more than okay). They worked around our dog and baby. They handled our belongings with great care and checked in with us regularly when necessary. Smoothest move ever. Would use them again, with no hesitation. Worth every penny!!!

AVOID BOOKING YOUR MOVING WITH THEM! They are BROKERS, and they do not take responsibility with last minute cancellations. My move was scheduled between June 25th and 26th, from MI to OH. On June 25th, I finally got a call from Gabby at the end of the day, reporting that the move was not happening since they could not find anyone. I did not hear from them until June 28th, when Gabby told me that they could not find anyone for the week, and that MAYBE, the move could happen in a couple of weeks. As you can imagine, this is unacceptable, since I was already paying extra for extending my stay in MI. At the end, I moved with a U-Haul with the help of some local movers.
Now, American Plus Moving and Storage had already charged me around $1200. Since this company was unable to provide the service, I should be getting my full refund. I haven’t had my money back. Contacting their finance department is impossible, and customer service almost never answers. I finally got a reply when I left a review in the Better Business Bureau, but the company defends themselves stating the dates are only estimates. As a result, they practically stole my money. AGAIN, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Take a look at all the reviews. They are either 1 star or 5 stars, which is suspicious. Multiple customers have had my same experience as you can see in the reviews. For now, I just hope this company gives me back my money.

F YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED, CALL AMERICAN PLUS MOVING & STORAGE AT 833-340-7040. The lead scammer I dealt with was Corey, but don’t trust anyone there. He was very nice and told me everything I wanted to hear. He gave me an estimate for our move and asked for 1/3 payment, which I did. I asked a number of questions, ALL of which proved to be lies. THEY DO NOT ANSWER CALLS NOR RETURN THEM , AS WELL AS TEXTS AND EMAILS ONCE THEY GET THEIR $$$. Forget communication from this company. These scammers are brokers and have no connection with the movers who show up at your house. They charge a huge fee to simply make a phone call to an independent moving team. The movers show up and tell you what THEIR fees will be which is a ton higher than what scammer Corey told me. THE MOVING GIUYS ADMITTED TO ME THAT AMERICAN PLUS WERE SCAMMERS.
I am a trusting guy to a fault and I simply want to warn others NOT to make the same mistake I did. TURN AROUND AND DON’T WALK, BUT RUN WITH SKID MARKS ON THE GROUND AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. You’re welcome.

This is NOT a moving company - they are a broker and a non-communicative one. Our experience was a total nightmare.

We were told we would receive a call within 24-48 hours of our pickup window. This did not happen and then they stopped returning my calls and texts. We had the name of the moving company in Colorado they contracted and that's when the REAL nightmare started. This company is known for stealing, hijacking and destroying people's possessions. They've even been featured in the local news several times because of how horrible they are.

So - bottom line - American Plus does NOT vet or care about who they contract with, they just want your money for doing the bare minimum and then you're on your own, even if that means no one shows up to move your stuff. In our case, them not communicating with us worked in our favor since we were able to research the actual moving company and learned what a disaster they were.

Do NOT use this company - call your local moving companies directly.

American Plus Moving team handled my move very professionally. Arrived on time at 8 am and we were on our way to our new home in over an hour. Complete up right at the 2 hour, so I didn't owe them extra charges. Everything was handled with absolute professionalism, NO DAMAGE to furniture or scratches on walls. Wish I don't have to move again, but if I do I will certainly call this company for sure.

The entire move was PROFESSIONAL and ORDERLY - the first quote, the check-in calls to verify the move, and the move itself. 5 movers, 2 trucks, and a bit over 5 hours later, we were back in our house (3 bedrooms, a home office, 2 bathrooms to give you an idea of the extent). They took great care to wrap breakable items and aside from a small abrasion in a dresser, our assumption were considerably exceeded. To come up with context, we used a different company for our move-out, which cost more, took twice the amount of time to move, and harm a diversity of our furniture. I'll always use them again in the future, though I never plan on moving again!

We had the option to plan our move that very week that the actual move had occurred, in a real sense 3 days earlier. We were worried over it being so near to the holidays that we would be not able to discover somebody to help us move. My fiance contacted American Plus Moving and Storage and they sent us a confirmation email of the move right away. The movers contacted us to inform us when they were on their way. Three men showed up, we had them move two rooms which included 15-20 boxes, wooden bunk beds with shelving and stairs, a desk, a vanity and other miscellaneous items. They were productive and quick. In the event that I needed to move once more (ideally not at any point in the near future) I would definitely hire this company once more. EXTRAORDINARY GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

They arrived quickly, packed up my stuff professionally and delivered it all undamaged. They do charge for tape and any boxes that they provide, but the rates for those also look sensible. This was the smoothest moving experience I could have hoped for, I would happily hire them again.

I am very frustrated with this company. I was told my items would be delivered within 14 days. It has now been 35 days and the company has NO idea where my furniture is. Tell people UPFRONT that it will take over 30 days so I am not forced to extend my hotel stay and pay thousands in addition to my quote. I would NEVER recommend them. I have no faith that I will even get my items because they are acting like FRAUDS !

Prompt and very efficient in trying times due to Covid19. Two men worked seven hours solid loading, moving and unloading. Never seen people work like that, no tea breaks.
