They moved everything out of a storage unit, shift some to another unit at another location, switched out a big couch, then unloaded everything at the final station. Required them hauling everything up a really long driveway, but they were intelligent and used combining boxes and rollers. Very careful, very fun to work with. Did everything in under 2 hours because they are REALLY AWESOME MOVERS.
The movers arrived within that window and right away I got the sense from them that we were in VERY GOOD HANDS. These gentlemen were extremely professional and pleasant. This team is great! The three guys that came were friendly, professional, efficient, and SO HARDWORKING. They took proper Covid-precautions and wore masks throughout the move. Not one thing was broken or damaged and we had an entire apartments worth of stuff. I will RECOMMEND American Plus Moving and Storage ​to my friends, and will use them again in the future!
Our entire experience was SO ENJOYABLE and the furthest thing from stressful. They were the best movers I have ever worked with! The process was SO EASY. When I booked the team, I already felt I was in good hands. On the day of the move, they let me know when they were 30 minutes away so I could prepare for their arrival. They came in and assessed what needed to be done, shared a plan, and TOOK GREAT CARE to point out any problem areas or concerns.
