Terrible experience. My tv and three lamps were broken, they lost a chair, and my mattress was somehow misplaced for 9 days. When I received it, it was water damaged and covered in black mold. I was told to file a claim which took months and then was reimbursed around $100 for all the damages. During this time, I was told that I HAD to keep my mattress (again, covered in mold) & all other broken things until the case had resolved. Frustrating and insulting. The folks I interacted with were great, but the systems put in place to manage my move were not successful.
