Everything went according to plan and the coordination between the office and moving team was very smooth and efficient.
This was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a mover. Had everything set up, made my deposit then they started ghosting me. They didn’t wanna call me and tell me when dispatch was sending a truck to us. Then they tried to change the pick up date which wasn’t gonna be happening because the lease was up on the day. We asked them to move us out. Now they don’t want to refund my money. It’s crazy to see how some of these other people have had great experiences with this company, but I would run the other direction.
