Do not use. Worst experience I have had especially with the moving company. They use familiar movers.

Terrible Scam, do not use this company, they steal your money, I was lucky to catch on before giving any more than the initial payment, I've canceled with in 24hrs and still have not received a refund it has been over 4 months. Now they do not answer their phones. DON'T BOTHER Doing any kind of business with them.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY. my move started with speaking to a gentleman who took down the list of all the items that I had and estimated the amount to pay which I did for both house and vehicle move with the house move to happen on 05/28 and the vehicle move on 05/29, i also requested for fully packaging service because I thought I didn't have time to pack and might need help. forward to a couple to days prior to my departure, I received an inventory call where I added on some extra stuff and paid $500 dollars for which was okay, I also switched to partial packaging since I was done packing most of the stuff and was okay with them doing the kitchen and bedroom. moving day comes which was 05/28 and the movers "familiar movers" come in at 8pm when they told me 12-5pm and tell me I should have had all my stuff in one corner so that they can know how much space I would be using, "I told them they were supposed to break down the bed, coffee table and computer desk plus bed side table so how was I to move the stuff." the lead mover tells me I am to pay more before they even start anything and that they don't have space for my item which I informed him that all the items were on the list. long story short, they left multiple things on my list which I had paid for and asked me to pay more than $1000 for space that the items I had already for used, I tried calling the company but it was closed not sure it was due to the weekend or the holiday. I called the company on Tuesday but they said they go by the movers estimate written down which I show no use arguing because even if the mover writes 1400 cubic feet well guess who is paying my friends, you are cause the mover wrote and it doesn't matter if they left some of the stuff which is more than 5 items that you paid your money for. my items were supposed to get to the destination before me but guess what its 06/01 and now they tell me that my items get to Arizona on 06/04 and as of 06/01 they have not left California yet. called the company again guess what, ohhh they are sooo rude. Now moving onto the vehicle, it was supposed to be picked up on Monday but it was picked on Wednesday 05/31 and all those days I have been getting different time allotted for pickup and cancellation at the last minute. As I am writing this, I am here about to spend more on emergency items and hotels because I have no idea when my items get here. so guess really I can't calculate how much this nightmare is costing me. but most likely more than that

I don't know where to even start, what a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE we had with this moving company. Once they get you hooked and take part of your first payment they stop answering and replying. The customer service is really bad, this has been the most stressful people I have hired for a service. When they finally answer they are completely rude and have no solutions whatsoever. The worst part is that the moving company finally arrived and most of the stuff is damaged!!! We have about 50 pictures. The TV came upside-down, tables damaged and ruined, boxes completely destroyed. DO NOT TRUST THEM. They do not care about your valuable stuff. We still have pieces of furniture missing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I really should have followed my gut with this one, the red flags were apparent from day one as they aggressively insult their competition and interrupt/talk over you when you try to bring up complaints/concerns. When the movers they contracted to pick up my stuff (Familiar Movers) told me to give them a blank check and I asked them about it, they were very dismissive as if this wasn't their problem. When the contracted movers came to get my stuff, in a U-Haul truck, they had a bunch of other people's stuff that wasn't partitioned off. And those movers arrived at 9:30 PM long after the 1-4 PM window I was quoted which meant I couldn't get into my storage unit to let them get half of my things. Then when they pulled into my driveway, they scratched up the stone wall on the side of the driveway leaving a huge 2-3 foot scrape in that wall. As they were loading my stuff into the truck the man in charge dropped the bomb that my stuff, which I had given liberal measurements for, exceded the quoted size alotment and they would have to upcharge me for the extra space. I had to turn them away as it seemed that someone was taking advantage of me. As they were putting everything back they damaged the garage door sensor, which was easy enough to bend back into place, but it demonstrates the carelessness with which they handle their customer's property. Overall, these people are EXTREMELY unprofessional and you are better off dealing with U-Haul who gives you more space and far superior service for the same price.
