United Moving Management

I had an extremely disappointing experience with United Moving Management. From the beginning, communication was poor and promises made during the booking process did not match what actually happened. Unexpected charges, constant confusion, and a lack of accountability turned what should have been a simple move into a stressful nightmare. Customer service was unhelpful when I tried to get answers, and I felt like my concerns were ignored instead of addressed. If you’re considering using this company, make sure you read every document carefully, ask detailed questions in writing, and keep records of every conversation. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend United Moving Management and would strongly encourage others to research all available reviews before making a decision.

United Moving Management did an incredible job of packing, loading, and unloading. They were professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. Our coordinator were also excellent. They were responsive to changes in scheduling, checked on us frequently before, during and after the move. We were well pleased with their roles in making our move as seamless as possible.

They did an amazing job moving me out. They were extremely professional and had a very good work ethic. They walked me through the move process and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this Company, to anyone who needs to move out of state! Thank you again for your amazing service.

I was skeptical and worried about using an out of state service. I had heard so many horror stories about movers breaking your things, holding your items hostage and demanding more money etc, but this company was different from the very first phone call. They were professional, responsive, timely and reasonably priced. All of my questions were answered and they kept in touch every step of the way. The movers arrived and packed up my items with care, loaded and transported them to another state even arriving earlier than expected ready to complete the job. I was a nervous wreck but they handled it all with grace and smiles. I can’t speak for other companies but if you need someone you CAN TRUST, call these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

We have moved many times and this move was exceptional - especially on the packing/hauling end. I cannot say enough good things about the people who took care of us because THEY TOOK CARE OF US. Absolutely exceptional!
