CLAIMED BUSINESS
TrustPoint Moving Group started in 2013 when two brothers got tired of hearing the same moving-day horror stories. A decade later we’ve moved more than 12,000 families and businesses with one promise: nothing broken, nothing late, nothing surprising on the bill.
Your trust is our top concern, so businesses can't pay to alter or remove their reviews.
The three-story narrow hallway townhome was ordered to be moved in Order. The sectional's large size was no problem, as the lead mover carefully handled it through the corners, avoiding any paint damage.
The move-in date was initially pushed back twice because of closing issues, but Trustpoint Moving Group team was flexible both times. They rescheduled us without any rescheduling fee and, on the day they arrived, prepared, packed and delivered everything safely. We can’t begin to thank them for it!
The move was quick, quiet and well co-ordinated.
I've moved many times in the years and this was one of the more organized. The first step was to check the inventory and inquire about anything of particular fragility. Then they split the tasks of packing, wrapping, carrying and loading. Everything seemed coordinated. They were all organized when they arrived at their destination. No problems at all were created in determining the location of furniture within the rooms.
The most impressive part for me was the crew's lack of stress throughout the entire move. We didn't have enough space on the stairs or for a couple of large objects, but they handled it all with ease and without any complaints. Everything seemed smooth about the move. We highly recommend them!
