Moving can be stressful, but these movers made it easy. Their attitude was positive, they communicated well, and they were professional in every challenge. Well, I really liked the moving process, because of them.

Moving is always a difficult time but this company made it seem easy. The team worked well together, were diligent and rose to the occasion each time. If I ever need them again, I would certainly use them again for any further relocation needs.

Great experience! The company provided a free virtual estimate via video call, which we really appreciated because it saved us a lot of time. Their workers were prompt and efficient on moving day, not to mention packing and delivery. It was more than we could have dreamed of!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst and most unprofessional moving experience I've ever had. Not only was my final price approximately $1,500 higher than the original estimate, but my delivery was also delayed by nearly a full week. What made matters even worse was that I wasn't informed of the delay, I had to call the company myself on the day I was expecting my delivery to find out it wasn't coming. I had already flown to my new home specifically to receive my belongings that weekend, based on the delivery timeframe I had been repeatedly given. Instead, I spent additional money on travel and accommodations and had to sleep on an air mattress while waiting for my furniture to arrive. When my belongings finally showed up almost a week late, the movers didn't arrive until around 7:00 p.m. and didn't leave until 9:30 p.m. I was also told that the furniture they disassembled during pickup would be reassembled upon delivery. That did not happen. Instead, I was told it would cost an additional $100 per person to put my own furniture back together, and the movers didn't even bring the proper tools, they had to use my personal tools. To make matters worse, some of the screws needed to reassemble the furniture were missing. On top of that, several of my belongings arrived damaged, including brand new items I had purchased for my new home, and I am still missing multiple items. Trying to resolve these issues has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I call, I'm told someone will call me back, and they never do. It has now been three weeks since my delivery, and I recently learned that virtually nothing had been done regarding my missing property claim. I understand that mistakes happen. However, this wasn't one or two isolated mistakes. It was a pattern of misinformation, poor communication, missed commitments, unexpected charges, damaged property, and a complete lack of follow through. The communication between the broker, dispatch, customer service, and the movers was incredibly disorganized and confusing. Every person I spoke with seemed to provide different information, making an already stressful move even more frustrating. Overall, I feel completely misled and scammed throughout this process. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to think carefully before trusting them with their belongings.

From start to finish the moving company was very friendly and made us feel at ease during the entire process. They were very patient in answering our questions and ensured that each item was placed in the right room.
