An overall, excellent experience! They were all professional, courteous, and efficient. We had the same 1 truck, 3 movers this time, that we used the last time we moved; however, these 3 pros completed the job in 90 minutes to 2 hours less time. Their hourly rate also undercut the other 2 competitors' quotes I received. The otherwise stressful move was a pleasure having these 3 gentlemen with us. I highly recommend them!
I love this company! This is the second time using them and they haven't disappointed me in the slightest. The first time I used them I was going on deployment and put all of my things into storage. I came back from deployment and looked them up for the same experience as before. This time I got they were respectful, on time, communicated wonderfully about what I wanted, and showed so much care with my things. I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator and I got no complaints and the move was fast. I definitely recommend!!!
I have moved way too many times in the past couple of years and have used movers every single time. Usually I can expect something to get broken or the movers not caring about my stuff. I can’t say that about Northern Worldwide Van Lines. They were AMAZING. They were careful with my items and were careful with the walls and doors when moving me into my new place. The whole process was far easier than any other service transition I’ve done in the past. I was prepared to be let down, as everyone makes big promises, and then fails to deliver. So far, they’ve gone beyond what the sales person even described.
