I want to know how to actually get a response from this company. they refuse to tell me where my belongings are or where I can make my payments. I have been in the hopital after suffering a stroke and my phone was cut off so I had no way to contact anyone and once I was able to get their phone number no one ever answers nor do they respond to my email requests for help
