I HIRED THEM FOR A MOVE FROM NJ TO TEXAS , WHEN THE GUYS CAME FOR THE PICK UP IN NJ THEY SAID I HAD MORE CUBIC FT. THAN I TOLD THE SALES ESTIMATOR BUT DESPITE SHOWING THEM THE ESTIMATE & MATCHING THE ITEMS I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $1500.00 !! I HAD NO CHOICE SINCE I JUST SOLD MY HOME & HAD TO BE OUT , THEN AT DELIVERY IT WAS ANOTHER CO. WHO ALSO WANTED AN EXTRA $2000.00 !! WE SETTLED FOR $1200.00 , TOTAL SCAMMERS !! The first portion of the move started out fine as we only wanted our heavy furniture moved (piano, dressers, etc.). The furniture was picked up on schedule, packed and placed on a truck then service started a rapid decline. The bill of lading stated that the average delivery schedule for 0-1500 miles was 2-15 business days and we received our delivery on business day 15 (total days 21) after 2 phone calls requesting delivery updates and being told that per DOT regulations the delivery company has up to 30 days to deliver. After inspecting our furniture during and after delivery, we discovered that several pieces had been damaged and our entertainment center was all but destroyed. We were not happy with the overall service we were given.
