I'd suggest booking them. My moving date changed once before the actual day, and I was worried that would create problems. It didn't. They adjusted without making me feel like it was a burden. On the day itself, things moved forward without random delays. I wasn't left guessing what was next. The work was handled properly and wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time.
My move was a bit of a challenge because I was moving a heavy upright freezer and a double door fridge into a tight kitchen space. Gabriel had to take the doors off the fridge just to get it through the entryway of the new house. It was impressive to watch them work through the problem without getting frustrated.
My daughter was moving into her first dorm, and we had a lot of awkward bags and loose items that were hard to carry. The movers were very polite and made sure every single bag made it up to the third floor without any complaints about the walk. It made a hectic morning much more peaceful for my family.
