We were moving into another city and had much more stuff than we'd anticipated. We had the movers help us get everything in and it didn't feel like a big mess. They looked after our furniture, and put the boxes in order within the truck. When we arrived all that was unloaded without any real problems. It was a stressful moving experience by itself, and the availability of a reliable staff really helped.
Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service. The crew was slow to respond and important information was not communicated clearly. The whole process felt disorganized from beginning to end. Definitely not the professional experience I expected.
The team did a fantastic job of packing everything down to the last detail with a lot of delicate stuff, but it was a tricky move. So, we were happy to get things in one piece!
