Wow so I was honestly considering going with this company for my move and ended up going with another provider based on price. Very limited budget so I had to go with the cheaper option. When Dillion Z had called me back to check in I told him I appreciated his time and advice but I went with someone else. He asked what I paid. When I told him he said “Oh well you are going to get ripped off and scammed” I asked him to not put that kind of negativity on me and he responded with “I’m not being negative just realistic” and hung up while I was responding. What an insanely unprofessional response and a really good barometer of how they conduct business. So desperate for the sale that he has to bad mouth my choice and wish negative things on me just because I didn’t go with his offer. Do better Dillion
My move went very smoothly today. The movers were clearly very experienced and knew what they were doing. They were super quick in loading, unloading and setting up all my furniture; and navigated some tight hallways and stairs with ease. Everything was wrapped for safety, and heavy items were padded with furniture pads. Their rates are very reasonable for the service they provide. Highly recommend!
This has been the worst decision to have selected Movecraft Moving Solutions. They were nice in the beginning to get my business then they disappeared. I had to call many times just to get an update on my move and they were very unprofessional & at times disrespectful. There’s a lot fo hidden costs that were not disclosed to me upfront that added additional $1k to my budget. They promised me delivery date and now I’m waiting 2-12 business days for them to drop my items. This has been the worst experience that has added additional stress. Don’t recommend and will definitely not use them ever again.

We had an excellent experience with MoveCraft Moving. The men arrived and started working precisely on time and they worked carefully and efficiently. Friendly, too! We thought their rates were quite reasonable. You need to pay cash and don't forget to tip.
