Excellent service from start to end. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They helped us with some final packing and carefully wrapped all the furniture and fragile items. Great team with a great attitude! I'd hire them again in a second.
They did an amazing job! Will definitely use them in the future! I am so thankful as I've had some horrific movers in the past. They were so kind, arrived on time, and were incredibly efficient. They kept moving quickly and didn't waste any time on the clock. They handled all my stuff with care and wrapped it well. They put all my furniture back together and placed everything exactly where I wanted it. Very organized and made unpacking such a breeze! Highly recommend!!! Also great pricing!
We had the most relaxing move ever. These guys were quick and very careful when moving our things and had great communication. Very grateful for their help and I am already recommending them to my friends!
Do not trust this company. Sales tactics stated they would match uhaul. They matched the price at initial estimate. All sounds good. Left off inventory. I called regarding the missing inventory they said they couldn't adjust. Then claims my fault for price increase. I had a whole truck with uhaul and they only had a sliver of truck space reserved. Claimed I was at fault for not verifying and would look dumb if I brought it up. When asked at time of sale I was told that they were reducing prices to fill a return load. Im not sure if that was a case it could have been They dont want to pay back deposit. They didnt come on day expected but did call to inform. Raised my bill 3 times higher. So due to a conversion of stuff to volume that we who doesn't understand this industry and rely on the broker to get right. These are not the people. Im not sure if this was a scam or an mistake but dont expect them to look out for you and follow their bid. They went from the lowest bid to well over the highest bid with my move believing that I was trapped so I would pay it. Turned them down. Get uhaul and higher help to load and unload. You get the whole truck not a sliver of space. Any doubt stay away.
I had a fantastic experience with MoveCraft Moving for my recent residential move. They were very responsive, made multiple stops, handled my belongings with extreme care and consideration, and happily helped out on some spontaneous day-of asks that were not included in our initial call. The quote was competitive and the best I received for two movers and a truck, and based on how my move went, I definitely recommend MoveCraft Moving!
